Hibernation Plan (Lay-By/Lay Away):
Lay Away/Lay-by terms are available to suit your needs. Normally I require a thirty percent (30%) deposit on initial order, and completion within three (3) months would be appreciated.I invite you to contact us to discuss your order and terms. We are happy to tailor the layby/lay away payments to suit your requirements.
International orders must be in US dollar and payments can be made by credit card, check, internet banking transfer, or money order. Refunds are not available on laybys/lay aways, however, We are happy to give you a credit towards any other available Beyond Basic Bears teddy bear. Postage and insurance charges are payable. Contact us for details. Your order will only become effective and binding upon receipt of your layby/lay away deposit.

Returns Policy:
Upon receipt of your bear, please open and inspect it. If you are not completely satisfied with your bear, please contact me immediately. Should you decide to return the bear, you must do so within four (4) days of receipt. As soon as I receive it and make sure the bear is in its original condition (including no cigarette odor and/or pet 'contact') I will notify you and cheerfully refund the cost of the bear minus shipping/handling/insurance.
